We have our own low loader on the road which can transport agricultural and construction machinery, we are happy to cover your local transport needs or travel nationally within specific delivery deadlines where needed. The lorry has a 31ft long body and can carry up to 17ton. It also has fold flat ramps to provide a flat bed option as well if required and a winch to recover none running machinery.
The lorry is on the road most days moving machinery, whether it is going out on hire or returning to our yard for work to be carried out on it. Alongside our FORS status (see FORS tab for more info), our driver, Dan, has all the relevant information he needs to provide you with a smooth service from start to finish. In addition to this, all our drivers are fully trained to ensure the highest standards of safety are maintained, this includes specialist training for loading and/or unloading all types of machinery and access equipment. We have specialist transport/haulage insurance to keep both parties protected throughout the process. All of our vehicles are fitted with the latest satellite tracking devices, both for security and to allow us to track load progress throughout the day. This also means we can provide our customers with “to the minute!” delivery times.
The low loader is fully serviced and maintained to ensure everyone’s safety when your machinery is being transported. We will do our upmost to ensure we are available to transport your machinery at a time that suites you but please understand that we are very busy! Please call the office to see what we can arrange for you.
